Who I Am

A little about me — I’ve lived many lives: apprentice, builder, designer, presenter, husband, father, survivor, and mental health advocate. Every chapter taught me something different about what it means to be human, how we break, how we heal, and how we find strength again.

My work today is about making space for real conversations and giving people practical tools to untangle the challenges they’re carrying — at work, at home, and within themselves.
