ABOUT ME
Many of you will know me as the co-host of the Logie award-winning lifestyle, TV show The Livingroom, alongside Amanda Keller, Miguel Maestre and Dr Chris Brown. We brought energy entertainment and fun to your living rooms—every Friday night on Channel Ten. My specialty in that role was design and renovation and for 13 years, I crafted and shared design theories and renovation processes to empower viewers.
During that period of time, I also shared my own life experiences with Mental Health and Cancer. Using my media platform to empower others to bounce back from adversity. Embrace change and cultivate a positive mindset for personal transformation.
A proud board member of RUOK day and Leukemia Foundation ambassador. I have become a sort after keynote speaker and coach specialising in Resilience, thriving after adversity and motivation.
My working life started in the building and design industry where I had 35 successful years as a Builder, I served for four years as president of the Master Builders Association of Australia and provided services as a building, Project Manager consultant and expert witness.
I proudly, and passionately use a lifetime of education, and experiences to make other people's journeys, the best they can be.

I am deeply committed to making a difference in people's lives. I have been a board member and proud ambassador of RUOK for eight years and Ambassador, adviser, and contributor to the Leukaemia Foundation. I strive to provide support to individuals facing life's struggles, helping them find equilibrium and bolster their mental well-being. I take pride in my mission to extend kindness and compassion to those in need, one step at a time.

In my time as a TV presenter, I've had the opportunity to share my experiences and insights, aiming to inspire others through my journey.
