Thank You for Your Voice

Thank You

First of all — thank you. By filling in The Worksite Wellbeing Project survey, you’ve added your voice to a movement that aims to change the future of mental health and wellbeing on worksites across Australia. Every response matters, and yours is helping to shape what comes next.

What We’re Hearing

The survey results so far have been powerful:

  • Financial stress is one of the biggest pressures our workers face.
  • Many spoke about the difficulty of balancing work and family life.
  • Stigma on site is still stopping too many from speaking up.

This feedback confirms what we’ve known in our hearts — that real, practical tools are urgently needed.

What We’re Building

From these insights, we’re already creating:

  • Toolbox Tips: quick, practical wellbeing strategies workers can use on-site.
  • Short online workshops: simple resilience-building sessions.
  • The Elder & Tribe Model: training respected tradies and retired workers to lead wellbeing and connection for groups of 150, creating peer-to-peer networks that workers trust.

I’ve also been meeting with corporate leaders, psychologists, behavioural science experts, and government representatives. Together, we are shaping a model that is not just another program, but a long-term cultural shift for our industry.

What Else Can You Do?

This project grows stronger with every voice. You can help by:

  • Sharing the survey link with your mates, crew, or network.
  • Starting a conversation on your site about mental health and connection.
  • Following our updates as we release new tools and workshops.

Together, we can keep the ripple effect moving.

The Ripple Effect

One person’s voice becomes many. Together, we can reduce suicide, break stigma, and build stronger, safer worksites. Thank you for being part of this first step — and for helping to shape tools for the job, and tools for life.
